Step1:CAD drawing
The pictures above we show are the CAD drawings from different directions of the range hood. It can make our customers better understand the interior structure and all sizes of the whole range hood. You show us details of the hood such as the size of your liner, the exterior size of the hood （the size of A, B, C, D and E）, the type (wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted or island), the patina or the finish you desire, our designers are familiar with CAD drawing and they can send you CAD drawings for your confirmation. We also have island and ceiling mounted range hoods, no matter which type you want, contact us, we can also provide you CAD drawings for your reference. It is no problem for us to make the right range hood for your pre-bought liner, vent fan or ventilator, bringing your kitchen fresh, clean and healthy environment.

(2).jpg) Step2:After making sure the sizes of different parts of the range hood, we use CNC machine to cut the templates that is why our range hood has so perfectly and precisely same radius and corners at every point. Some customers will be agonizing because they have bought range hoods with different radius or corners home, they are truly small differences, but can bring very big problems to the users. Copper range hoods are usually ceiling mounted, wall mounted or island, since there is aperture between hood and the wall or the ceiling, the range hood may not work as efficiently as you expect, the grease, odors, smoke and heat will remain in your kitchen. The size of the range hood is another matter we range hood makers should pay close attention to, because only the right size of the range hood which can provide precise room for liner installation can guarantee the function and effectiveness of the range hood.  Step3:Bending the copper sheet
The bending machine we use are technologically converted, not only it can make sinks but also fireplace mantel moulding, range hood moulding, sheet copper over the existing countertops, copper backsplash for your kitchen or bathroom, fireplace accessories, custom-designed copper caps, copper rain awnings, copper sheet or copper moulding for your walls or ceilings, panels and murals, aprons for kitchen sinks and mouldings for chimney caps, also welcome customers to send us those kinds of order and discuss the details of stainless steel chimney caps, roof closings, roof screens for chimney, and other ornamental metal covers. The copper sheets made by bending machine will be assembled and installed together by tig-welding to make a functional range hood with liner, fans or ventilator.

 Step4:Tig-welding
The experienced copper welder uses copper rolled bar to tig-weld the already hand hammered and hand crafted copper sheets tightly together. The process of welding is slow and difficult since copper is a kind of material that has thermal conductivity, high localized heat input is important, only pure argon can gain the goal: there is no sand hole of our copper range hood. Because the welding material is 99.99% pure copper from the same copper sheet as the range hood body, it enables consistent appearance and quality of the range hood, and both of them will turn the same beautiful patina as time passes by. |
